Serve


At Parkway Baptist Church, we want to equip as many members as possible to serve in our mission together.

To serve in most areas of our church, we require at minimum 6 months regular attendance/membership. Once this is met, you may begin to process to serve. We prayerfully consider every person who applies to serve. Those desiring to serve to those under 18 years old are required to take additional steps in our screen process. We take our responsibility very seriously to diligently work through every stage of the application process. That process includes:

  • Application submission and review
  • Personal Interview
  • Reference Checks
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Child Abuse Awareness Training

In addition, we require that every person affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as well our statement of Responsibilities and Commitments.
