Missouri Baptist University Senior Adult Day 2012
Friday, March 9. Doors open at 9:00 A.M., concert begins at 9:30. Tickets cost $20 and are available through Rochelle Williams. This year's show is Down to the River to Pray: A Concert of Bluegrass and Southern Gospel Favorites. Lunch will follow the performance at noon.
Amazing Wonders
June 24-28, 6:00-8:30 P.M.
Join us for this year's Vacation Bible School. This summer, watch amazing things happen as your kids come closer to God than ever before. You'll see lives changed as kids tour some of the world's most marvelous natural wonders and explore God's awesome power as they learn to trust and recognize Him in their everyday lives. Take off with Amazing Wonders Aviation! For children age 3 by June 1 through 6th grade (completed).
Gideons Offering
Gideons International members are dedicated to saving the lost through personal witnessing and distribution of God’s word in more than 180 countries around the world. On Sunday, February 12, hear a testimony given by a Gideon representative. At the end of the service an offering will be taken for Gideons International.
Evangelism Conference
Missouri Baptist Convention’s Festival of Hope is a one day Evangelism Conference. Parkway was selected by the Convention as the host site for Saturday, March 10. The conference costs are funded through gifts to the Cooperative Program and are free for all who attend. Why should you attend? Encouragement, inspiration, and practical ideas will be shared that are beneficial in touching your community evangelistically for Christ. Special musical guests, The Lesters, will be performing.
